i had a bicycle, i remember walking with it, the Youngster is Samuel? i talked with him and he gave me a mission to catch a Ditto for him

i haven't played for almost 2 years and i came back today, almost everything is normal, but i i don't have my bike anymore, i tried to go back to Vermilion and get the bike voucher again but it says that i've already got it, can someone help? its so bad to walk around without a bike
