Right now on my sinnoh playthrough trying to EV train as best as I can but sometimes things go wrong and I need the EV reducing berries. However the guy in veilstone mart says that EV berries aren't yet available. Why? Why lock them away for no good reason at all? How else am I supposed to get them in sinnoh?
