another one is dark pulse cannot be learned by blastoise.. this tutor is not broken but maybe bugged.. i have seen bulbapedia and it is written blastoise can learn dark pulse but by tm.. so maybe try to sort it out?

My S Slowking can't learn Aqua Tail by this move tutor too :D: i know right.. this is so annoying

in bulbapedia, nidoking is supposed to be able to learn aqua tail by a move tutor why i cannot teach my nidoking aqua tail in here? please fix this.
