Same here it is frustrating. I definitely lost over a million to 2 million dollars worth of items

I have completed the darkrai quest and even caught him but my items (medicine and HMs) were never returned to me. How may I get my items back that I had before I started the quest? I lost a lot of items

I have completed the darkrai quest and even caught Darkrai and noticed my TMs and Medicine items have not been returned. I wanted to know how I may get all the items back that I had before starting the quest
