Hello all, This idea won't appeal to everyone, but, if implemented it won't effect anyone that doesn't like it either. So here it is. My issue is that I use the keyboard to play this game with my left hand, and I'm vaping, eating or doing other things with my right hand. (Yeah-yeah... let's keep this child friendly please) Another situation where I would want to use keyboard only is if I'm lying back on the couch and i have no good mouse surface, this would be fine for UI elements such as pokedex/bag because they aren't use as often vs when you're searching for abras all day or grinding for whatever reason. It really annoys me and throws me off when I get used to playing on the keyboard and for some reason I have to use the mouse to throw a poke ball. It just doesn't fit when I have to grab the mouse after using keyboard-only for the previous 30 minutes. For instance, I am playing with my left hand only and vaping with my right. I can already do MOST things using only the keyboard but there are still some things that you have to use the mouse for such as: Pressing the green okay button for surf - selecting the pokemon that has dig - using any items in battle ect... I'm only asking that you allow us to press the space bar or enter button to begin surfing - press a number button on the keyboard to select the dig pokemon - and being able to scroll through items in battle with the w/s buttons or up and down arrow buttons and then press space bar or enter to use it. You can still allow players to use the mouse for these actions like it is now, but for people like me it would make a massive difference being able to forget about the mouse in-game. That being said, I understand how much work it would be to create hotkeys to open your bag/pokedex/other UI elements. But, the suggestions from the paragraph above should be relatively easy to introduce. I personally think this would be a massively positive move for the game to make, allowing better use of game pad controllers and appealing to linux users like myself who consider the mouse to be very inefficient to begin with. And hopefully eventually, as the game develops, we can have hotkeys for the out-of-battle UI elements as well. ie. press B button for bag - press O button for social - T for trainer card - ect...

okay, makes sense, thanks

This most recent crash, I was teleported to the poke center but my quest progress was NOT rolled back. The previous crashes did not move my character at all.

My game is crashing aprox every 5 minutes consistantly. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm wondering if I should delete my client and download a fresh one? I have rebooted my machine already to no avail. Any input is appreciated, thank you. edit: I'm on cemetery island. not sure if this info is relevant.

alt+enter. Then change your resolution before going back to full screen by repeating alt+enter.

Locking posts for no reason = bad moderators

This is not misinformation, this is an absence of information which should be understandable in an open beta. And please, read the home page, these things are to be expected. The server probably simply crashed at a bad time, when the devs(the ones that are able to resolve this issue) are sleeping or tending to their jobs and families. I also understand why they would lock or delete these threads. The forums could easily be saturated with people complaining about server status, I'm even hesitant to bump this thread by posting this reply. It's also a rule that you don't bring this up in the forums, so please don't ask about server status. Like I said, all it really does is clog up the forum with multiple threads of people asking when they can play. Just be patient and do something else for now. If you're really adamant on playing ASAP, just keep a browser window open with the home page up. Open the window every once in a while, hit F5 to refresh and see if the server is up, then go back to your youtube videos or whatever you are doing to pass time. I think there is a thread where people are drinking and posting for fun while we wait too. I know this game is addicting haha. I want to play pretty bad but at least I can get some work done at home while I wait. -
Yep, I would like a betting system: -Bet money -Bet pokèmonz -Bet items -Bet multiple of the above And winner takes all. Maybe have an in game location like an arena and you give the wagered items to an NPC who can give it to the winner as a reward.

Okee, thanks for the reply homie. You're putting in work yo - answering my questions in game too! xD And yeah the legendary thing.. I guess it should be event based / some kind of super rare encounter or else everyone would be running around with the same line-ups of legend pokès.

I'd like to start by saying that the devs of this game are awesome. I believe that their vision is well aligned with that of most pokemon players in realizing a true pokemon mmorpg. Two thumbs up, great job and keep at it. I will continue to support the game as much as possible so long as things continue the way they are going. My two cents in terms of what should be prioritized in this game based on the state that it's current in: #1. Allow us to change the order of our pokemons moves! - I'm OCD and need my moves to be from weakest to strongest on the list, status moves being last. It's #1 on my list because once you do it, it's done and you devs can forget about it unlike #2. #2. Attack/Ability animations! - I feel that this is the #1 thing that takes away from the games immersion.. that 95+% of moves don't have proper animations. I'm sure this is an ongoing phase in development, but it should be prioritized. #3. Legendaries!? - I got Arcticuno to 1HP with false swipes and put it to sleep only to be told that I can't use poke balls in this fight!? Not sure why this is the case, but it hurt my experience(and emotions) big time.. That being said... I truly love this game and the direction that it's heading. Much love and appreciation to all the devs, mods, players and everyone involved, this game is soooo excitingly awesome!

Whaddap all! I started playing a couple weeks ago and this game is freaking awesome! I just donated for my membership today because the devs are MORE than worthy of my $5. Game is great so far, the devs seem to want to create the world that most poke-players would love to experience, truely awesome job! My two cents(well... 3 I guess xD) in terms of what should be prioritized in this game: #1. Allow us to change the order of our pokemons moves! - I'm OCD and need my moves to be from weakest to strongest on the list, status moves being last. It's #1 on my list because once you do it, it's done and you devs can forget about it unlike #2. #2. Attack/Ability animations! - I feel that this is the #1 thing that takes away from this games immersion that 95+% of moves don't have proper animations. I'm sure this is an ongoing phase in development, but it should be prioritized. #3. Legendaries!? - I got Arcticuno to 1HP with false swipes and put it to sleep on to be told that I can't use poke balls in this fight!? Not sure why this is the case, but it hurt my experience big time.. I feel that's relevant to the topic simply because it says something about me and how I play. I will copy and past that to a more appropriate topic after I post this. Thank you to all the devs and players, I am very excited to continue my pokemon journey!
