tanks I noticed that my game did not reset but when I choose the same server it won't load the map.

I was going to past to route 11 to get my bike I was in route 12 and when I enter the building my screen got stuck on loading map then I reset the program and when I reload the game with my account it started a new game, I came with the asumption that my account was reset. I don't care about my lvl 45 pokemon but these problem should be fix thanks for reading.
