and Sylveon? Yesterday say me a member, sylveon can learn 4 Fairy Type Attacks but he can´t me say why my Kanto Sylveon don´t learn a fairy type attack

Hi :) I have a Gardevoir from a trade and a Sylveron from the Safari in Kanto. I search the Pokemon in the Dex, but the Dex Infos are, Sylveon and Gardevoir can´t learn a fairy typ Attack. :( Why?

Hi I hope your understand me. I have the new Client, but I have disconnects from the server after 5 minutes. I wait 1 Hour and i can login, play 5 minutes, again disconnect from the server. :(
