Yes requirement done. I went to Trainer valley 3 times, the first time i went there was after beat Red. My problem is I can't go there again. The NPC dont show me the option to travel to Trainer Valley again.

Description and Message Hi GM, I cannot access to Trainer Velly, no more. 276 pokes and 64 evolved pokes, defeated Red 3 weeks ago (and after 3 weeks no respown yet). I think it's a bug. Can you fix?
