I've cleared all the battles I could find after a few laps around the boat. I hate the berry sitting with the Pharmacist and in his dialogue he says he gave me a ticket for the ballroom. When I speak to the NPC standing guard he says I don't have a ticket. When I checked my bag i found he was right, I don't have one. Unless there is something small I missed I think I'm stuck. Like I had stated before I did a few laps around the who zone and couldn't find any other content to complete to trigger the berry to finish for the captain.
Any help would be appropriated
