can u help me i again i see it lvl 98 but when i kill a pokemon it lvl to 100 i did not evolve it pls forgive me of my fault

 

Hi. Don't worry about it :-) But be sure to wait for Daytime (10:00 - 20:00 Poketime) before you lvl up Happiny. Otherwise it will not evolve. Have a nice day, M3ru3m
