It could be worse! At least Rattata can learn Thunder and Ice Beam which makes leveling it very easy in some places. From what I hear it used to be level 100 Rattata.

Giovanni NPC does not give EXP or Money when his Pokemon are defeated. It was the first time I fought him and I did not lose to him at any time.

Jackson NPC does not give EXP or Money when his Pokemon are defeated. Both trainers that are with Jackson in this room give EXP when Pokemon are defeated. It was the first time I fought him and I did not lose to him at any time.

Delete old version and use new one. If you use shortcuts on desktop or start menu then you need to update.
