Hey everyone! I'm a longtime Eeevee fan. At the moment I'm working on getting my Eeevee from Giovanni to the maximum happiness, with the plan to eevolve an Umbreon to help defeat Sabrina. My question is, are there more places to catch Eeevees to evolve them? I want to have all the Eeeveelutions! Is the only way to do it through trades, or can I catch some?
