What would the recommendation be for preventing this then? Is their a third party that I can use to ensure I'm not holding the money..The only reason Ive choosen paypal is because its free to send paypal to paypal..

I'm trying to build something good and will run for a long time if it goes correctly, why am I going to rip people off?

Tournament Rules: Teams of level 100 only will be allowed for first few tournaments 12 Pokémon total can be registered with a min. of 6 No OHKO moves allowed. No Subbing Pokémon out to prevent stalling, The only Sub allowed is at the start of a match for a chance to correct type advantage/disadvantages. Tournament will run over the course of a week. Payouts will be made after the tournament has concluded. Match results will be confirmed a couple of ways: 1. Screen shot of every KO. (Match Handler will be randomly determined and this person is responsible for confirming the match. 2. Video of Battle (Again this will be Match Handlers responsibility. If a match isn't confirmed by either method it doesn't count! Other Rules: Would like to include other level brackets as app grows, get the word out PRO Fans! I will not be taking place in the tournament at this time as I don't have any level 100 pokes, and/or to keep things fair I will sit out unless other tournament entrants have said its ok for me to compete. All Entry Fees will be held in a pay-pal account until the conclusion of said event. Prizes will be paid out according to number of participants..this can range from Winner take all, to a pool split,(if number of entries reach a certain amount. All Battle Confirms will be emailed to me directly for review and I post results as I get them done ( keep in mind I work a night job, and have two children on top of it so please be paitent! That's why I will schedule events for a full week! Battle Confirms are open to view for all incase of a debate...Simply ask and I will not with hold any information :) I just really wanna see this work out, I think it has potential :) Comments, Questions?
