I have a problem with the cut's quest, on the s.s.anne. I have spoken with the guard and the npc of the kitchen. After, i go to speak with the pharmacist but he don't said what if should. It's like i never have spoken with the other npcs. Also, i already have spoken with the kadabra. Some friends told me that, after talk with the pharmacist a blissey should appear on 3rd floor, but it doesn't. I think i have a kind of bug, someone can help me?
