Dear fellow players,
I'm playing Pokémon for close to 16 years now. I started with Red and Blue and will never stop playing Pokémon.
Of course your game got my attention and I've heard that this is still in beta so I'd like to contribute to make this game great.
1. Battling Feature (Swap Pokémon)
There are players who like to use just one Pokémon and there are others who'd like to use the most effective Pokémon against the opponent, that's why the Pokémon games include the feature to switch the Pokémon after defeating one of the enemies team. But here you can only swap them like usual, so that they're getting attacked. I'm missing the regular "??? want to use ??? for battle. Would you like to switch your Pokémon" included in this games, because it allows for more diversity and tactic.
2. Training Pokémon
2.1 EXP-Share
Training a Pokémon is a major part of the Pokémon series and so is the EXP-Share, which is included in every single game since the beginning. Someone can train way more efficient with the EXP-Share than with swapping the Pokémon mid-battle. It divides the EXP 50/50 than the approx. 30/70 or 20/80 mid-battle swap, which will lead to less time putting into the training of Pokémon itself. It also allows for faster battling wild Pokémon because you don't have to swap your Pokémon in the first place.
2.2 Splitting
Swapping Pokémon during battle results in a 80/20 EXP split for the Pokémon dealing the killing blow. Seriously?
Each and every Pokémon game had a 50/50 or 60/40 split, with XY they've increased it to 100% EXP for every Pokémon involved in the battle.
If I have a level 8 Pidgey it needs close to 800-900 EXP to reach level 9. If I fight wild Pokémon which are level 15 while switching my Pidgey to a stronger Pokémon right from the start it will result in a mere 20-30EXP for the Pidgey if the enemy yields 100-150 EXP, which means I would have to fight up to 30 wild Pokémon which are almost double in level just to get from level 8 to level 9. Sorry, but this is just pathetic and it seems you did this just to sell your EXP Booster.
3. Controller Support
I think quite a few players would like to play with a controller than to have to use the keyboard and mouse.
