Deuxcartes

hi guys my nickname is Deuxcartes, and sorry for the bad english i've played PRO long time ago before the merge, and i came back to the game now, recovered my account in Silver server and tried to log in to discover that i am stuck between trees and a aipom that dont move. I dont have any escape rope and nobody wants battle with me. Could any Game Master transfer my character to any pokemon center? Will be awesome. Thx for the attention and sorry for anything EDIT - solved, some good soul accepted to battle me in the game. Thx
