Farming Bulba for a Chlorophyll one and after the 11th and the 30h mark I'm starting to wonder whether I'm better off just playing and getting the money to buy one. Can anyone give me any ratios of the two abilities here?

Does anyone know what the % of appearance for bulbasaur is on route 16? I just got info that it's actually 5% as opposed to 0.1% on route 3, can anyone confirm this please?
