We use /ginvite or /gkick, but same message "you are not allowed to..."

Hi, we create a guild a few days ago, and the officers can't invite or promote to members, we get this message when we try: We try to fix it by removing the officer rank and giving it back, but did'nt work. I read in the forum and can't find a solution.

Hi we have the same problem in our guild, i can't find a solution in forum, we try to promote again to officer, relog but nothing. :Frown:
