Hi, For some reason, I got stuck in a wall, when I entered pokemon centre. I cannot move, and I would've been stuck forever, if I did not have escape rope to get back. Is there any compensation for it? I mean I did spend some cash on this game, and I'm just worried if it happens again in the future. Thank you
