I bought a Pick Axe (Rock Smash) from Trade (270k) and when i tried to use it I didn’t work. I searched forum from answers but haven’t found a similar case as it do not work anywhere not Kanto not Johto not Sinnoh. I tried using it from shortcut bar but also from the bag itself by clicking, neither worked.

I don't know if this is the correct section to make this post and i am sorry for my lack of knowledge. I want to report a bug in a certain dig spot in route3 (Kanto) that after my first Dig it never respawned. It is not a big deal but it will be better if fixed. Thanks in advance for your help!
