Hi again , So like you asked I tried again after my Haunter fainted and he still didn’t evolve..

Hi everyone ! I am trying to get a Gengar by evolving my Haunter with a trade. Problem is, after the trade my Haunter doesn’t want to evolve... There is no “Evolving window” for the player with whom I traded and still no window when he traded it back to me. I tried with 2 different players but it still won’t evolve.. Is it a bug ? And if so, can you help me ?
