Sorry if i'm not an expert, but is very easy put a npc for change gender, true?(At least I think so)I can pay this service if need, i real real wan't a male Heatran...Is a legendary Pokemon and i haven't other chance for change it like others normals Pokemon, pls very much!!! I remember there was a guy there teaching you surf for 8k with 1 week cd. In the past, there was a tutor on this map to teach Pikachu surf if you started with one. I thought the cool down was longer than 1 week, though... not sure what the current method is for this. Sorry. :) I need used that tutor in past, today discovered that and npc no exist...

I have Pikachu like start Pokemon but the npc for learn surf at Pikachu is disappeared...

Unfortunately , staffs cannot give stuff that didn't received cause of a glitch or bug , just keep in mind game is still under BETA which means the game is still under development. Crashes and bugs are expected to happen any moment. sorry for any inconvinence I see a other guy have my same problem and amministrator help he fix it, i`m a player from 08-2015, if a game working almost a year and again cant`t risolved a bug like that...pls, i screen all and you see i havent that hat, just give me back. Sorry for bad english

Check in your backpack under the "Customisation" tab. The item is called "Xmas Hat - Beard" If you cannot find this, we will need a CS to check the variables on your account.
