Hi! I'm new at PRO, so be understanding if my doubt is silly. Looking the stats of one Pidgey (I want that Oddis) I found that next to them there are some numbers in blue and red/orange. It says something about IV and EV. What are these things? Thanks in advanced, the game looks really cool!
