Intimidate "Outside of battle If a Pokémon with Intimidate is the leading party Pokémon, wild Pokémon are 50% less likely to be lower level." does this means first place and alive or it also works with the fainted pokemon? and Pick up "Outside of battle After winning a battle, any Pokémon on the team that has this Ability and is not already holding an item has a 10% chance of creating a held item for itself, even if the Pokémon was not used in battle. This Ability is still active while the Pokémon is fainted." is it working?

I tried google translating your question but it was still a bit hard to understand; If your question was about what to do with unwanted pokemon, you can either sell them. Evolve them for your dex! Or even sell them, but most bad pokemon don't sell. if I got the question wrong please correct me :) haha yeah that was the question, sorry i didnt realize i was writing in spanish xD i get some kind of reward for evolving them? i notice in the pokedex that some appear with a star :O
