still the same unfortunately, I logged into the dashboard this time and completed it via my account > password and changed it that way this time, rather than forgot password same error "invalid username / Password" but I'm getting into GOLD no problem thanks

same, i can login to GOLD but receive an error "invalid username or password" attempting to login to SILVER. tried resetting my passwords 4 times already still the same error.
