Why are they special and where can i find them?

It is the newest client. Mihoy Minoy, why is it that there's a magikarp on the menu instead of the usual logo? Once the original google drive download is up for the client and i download that, will i still have the magikarp menu or will i have the original one? PS: The music with the original log in screen was A1
