well I evolve my magneton in lvl 30 because I know that magnezone can learn flash cannon according to bulbapedia, however, I find out that flash cannon can only be learned by magneton, not magnezone, in the pokedex in PRO, so is there anyway that I can learn flash cannon? thank you~
