the message to merge the account does not appear

apparently I changed the account already solved the problem thank you and sorry for the inconvenience -
I returned to play after a while , but when I went to merge the account the message does not appear to be able to do this so I do not know if I had any progress or simply nothing on the account so the message does not appear .
