Hello. My riolu was lvl 99 and max happiness so i gave him rare candy. Hes now lvl 100 without evo. I was trying the mysterious candy as well but it wasnt working. His ID is 1583525

When i was helping Cindy come back to the checkpoint she got stuck near the end
