never mind everything decided to work today LOL

1. why do my pokemon just keep eating TM/HMs? tried on my fraxure and alakazam and it says they learned the move, but doesn't and won't even give me the option to forget a move. tried relogging and my TMs are perma gone (tm was light screen and the hm was cut) ((if u needed to kno)) C O N S U M E D 2. my fraxure nor golbat will evolve; my golbat is at max happiness and i've tried leveling them up through trainers and wild pokemon.

Whenever I open the PROclient it causes me to lose my internet connection, I've tried reinstalling and using a VPN. Nothing has worked so far.
