Hi everyone, I'm in Johto and I' ve completed the quest in order to get to the gym and battle Whitney. The problem is that when I head to the guard and I speak to him he keeps saying that I should talk to Michael for the water (I've already done that, of course) and when I talk to Michael, there's no quest intended, he talks as a normal NPC. I'm stuck at this point and I can't play.

I have the same exact problem!!!!
