Yeah I've gone up the bridge already. I've talked to everyone in the area several times to make sure I didn't miss a step.

I beat misty in Cerulean city but the path to the right of the city is still blocked by the officer and two growlithes. I think this is going to be a bug. Sorry if i missed a step in the story and im falsly reporting a problem. Thanks for any help.
