I login in Dashboard and merge the account but It say : "Invalid account or password"

I can´t entry in my account , I see that the servers are changed and I must change the server red to silver but I can´t entry in my account in server silver. I can entry in server gold but don´t in silver. Why? It say that "Invalid user or password" but in server gold can entry.
