Hi, i talked to the guy on Saffron Station, talked to yorkie on route 16 house, got the nocturnal feather, but i can't find his brother. Checked Route21 on that island, Kanto victory road on that little rectangle, checked also electro plant and digglet cave and also Pokemart at saffron city. Please help me thanks
