I can't do cresselia's mission :c when I talk to sailor Darlow he asks me for help but the npc that I have to fight with do not appear, help please :c

Sorry for the inconvenience, I just want to know if there is a way to recover my pokemon (breloom) I deleted it by mistake when I was doing cleaning :(
