hello, as this kind of request should be made on restore pokemon megathread or discord, staff need to take time to process request like this i suggest you to just post ur request to restore pokemon in PRO discord. simply just join discord , then go to #request channel and write down ur problem there as well as your reason. corresponding staff will restore the mons if deleted. in case the mons traded, they will reach your account. usually this request would be done in 1x24 hrs. also i guess you dont know ur mons id, you can just write down that u forget. but u should describe it as accurate as possible like its ot, lv, moves if u remember.

yes, exp system are reworked, now you can evolve mons and they will recieve same amount of exp as their base, means, you can evo your poke while lvling and nothing diifferent the guide you see on youtube are outdated, i reccommend to see trainer tower exp training for faster exp train also since now theres party exp share event ongoing you can train 5 mons at once with your lead mons beating lv 90s mons from high lv NPC around the game (gym 6-8, vic road NPC, ms exclusive area like leev town, 6 island, etc) above lv 70, you can train them all on trainer tower for fast lv training from 70-97 cheers
