When I surf from route 24 to Cerulean on the way to Mewtwo cave, I get dismounted. Easily resolved by surfing again. Seems route 24 exit thinks there is land where graphics show water.

Chrome OS is Linux based, you can install windows apps through WINE windows emulation. If PRO will work or not, i can't tell you, but theoretically it should.
