How do I update my game? I want to play but says need to update.

I tried logging on and it says the game is out of date, how do i update it to make it up to date?

How come when i download the 64 bit for windows it does the bar at the bottom of chrome finishes i try to open but then it disappears. I tried going to my download folders and open from there but nothing happens. I also tried with the 32 bit but nothing happened. Please help!
