When I originally got the game in 2017 or 2018, I received a Charizard mount. When I logged back in recently, I had to start over, which is fine. I had my Charizard mount but 5 seconds into playing it disappeared and I no longer have it. Is there any way I can get my normal Charizard mount back?

Everytime I clock Silph scope it states that “you can’t use this item”. any tips or ideas on how to make it work so I can pass these two old people, lol. please help!
