If the medallion does get taken out from ingame, I know that you can also purchase the membership through the forums, so maybe the ingame gets buggy and they are just going to forum use? Not sure.

Yes, I did check my spam folder and it did not go there.

I tried talking to some people in irc for help on the situation and I was told that it was because I used aol as my email address. I am a twitch streamer and am planning on promoting and playing the game on twitch. I already have 6+ people joining the game to play with me. The problem is that I was still unable to login and after sitting afk at the login screen for 2 hours, I made another account. However, because I had to make another account, I was not able to use the user name. This is a problem because I would like to be able to use my username that I use for all of my twitch business advertisement, so it is easier for users to find me. I was told that maybe someone can change the user name that I recreated to the username that I want which is Kemony. I wanted to donate to purchase the pokecoins in game but do not want to purchase under the new account for when the old account is unlocked. I would appreciate it very much if I were able to get some support on this issue. Thank you so very much in advanced, Kemony
