The servers are awful and always down

I downloaded this with high hopes and so far have been able to play it one time because your servers keep going down. Why? AND WHY ARENT WE ALOUD TO ASK ABOUT IT we are your players and you give us no updates or answers just oh its down and oh its up forget it im playing mmo again. you guys need to get these issues straightened out now.
