I've already done that years ago and i think i started playing after my account was merged, not sure tho because that was over 3 years ago

So I logged in after (according to this website) 3+ years because my friends started to play. I still got my pokemon which is nice but I lost all my badges and i'm not really into doing everything again. Is there a way to fix this?
