Guys ludicolo can reach maximum speed 262 as i know. How is it possible to move first in a battle when my greninja has speed 367?
Ludicolo can have an Ability called Swift Swim, which you can see what it does here, which basicly gives double the speed the pokemon has if its under the Rain in battle. If during the battle against that Greninja, the Rain was on, Ludicolo will outspeed it.

As much as this would be something that could possibly help users in the normally time consuming task to EV train. I don't think this is the appropriate way, because with this there will be even less reason to do a new guild with your friends and try to evolve from that. If this were to be implemented there would leave room for people to rent place in guilds in order to get the bonus EV train. This would be amazing for high end tier guilds, but low or middle would not be able to get such a valuable reward.
As there would create too much social diference, I got to be honest and say that I do not support this suggestion under the circunstances presented.

I moved this to the proper subforum, and the answer to your question is no, the Boss Nikola was made for people that weren't able to capture the legendaries, by either killing it, leave the battle or dc. Being now the answer delivered, I will lock the thread.

[mention]kanto341[/mention] You need to find a Mail Box that are shattered around the regions. After you talk to it a pop up menu will appear and you will see there the mail you received. On the bottom of the menu you will also have a menu saying "Send Mail", which is as the name says, to send your own mail.
Some items are forbidden to send as they are not tradable. Eg: Master Ball.
I will also add here the picture of Vermilion Mail Box and the menu.

This happens most of the times from corrupted extractors, use Winrar or 7zip next time. Delete every PRO client folder from your device, including temporary data then restart your device. The fact of being possible to be purchase from people even without trading and even without donating was also offered back when the item was first introduced to the community. It would be indeed possible to get it from bosses and story small partions and then glue them together to make a Coin Capsule, which grants you 100 coins and the change to choose what you want with said coins. When something is added, it will be mostly seen for everyones eyes, so even without the materialisation of the item it was being planned ways for everyone to have it.
However, was denied in a big weight even with this conditions, Thor appealed for it many times to the community but it did not seem to be appreciated.
As for now we will let the IV Reroll disable for a few weeks and apart of my job is studying how features are reacted to, and will have special attention to this item feedback. We could do a voting and study what to do from there.
Thank you for the analises of the situation, and I will leave this thread open to gather other peoples ideas :)
And since you touch the Legendary unfortunatly IV/Nature status, a new feature will appear to make those unfortunate legendary cases a bit better, I will not put into words of what will be otherwise it will ruin the surprize. I understand its boring to wait, but it will arrive.

The feature is implemented and ready to be enable anytime. As said, the staff listened to the community, the majority voted for it to not be implemented and shane disable the feature. It was understood that it would feel a p2w in most eyes even tho it was nothign granted.
If in the future a new change of tide happens with that in mind, the feature can be enable by Shane. Maybe in a few months it will be rethought and asked for a pool voting system for the sommunity.
As nothing can be done in this topic besides speculating the future, I will lock it.
