hi sir i am stuck on ROUTE 43 in johto i climb up by atk rock climb but when i want to down i cant move in downposition rock clim is not working sir plz help me fast or move me form there to a PC sir do as fast as u can help me

i am stuck in r42 and i cant go anywhrere.
