I think i rushed the quest because i direclty had the fight against Jackson before speaking to the npcs, and now when i speak to the scientist in order to have the potion he do not give it to me. A moderator told me that i need to have a pecha berry and to speak to blissey on the ballroom, but there's not any blissey in the room, the moderator just show me where it should be, but there's nothing here the screen : so i post it here in order to fix it i cant access to the captain room too i think this is a quest bug or something, thx for the help
