Woobat can be found easy in love island but in grass spot next to the boat (North-West). Same for pichu. But Indeed tyrogue is a real mythe in Love island, i never found one

I have seen Latios/Latias, i have all pokémon in Hoenn in one copy except castform, and i seen all of them except Groundon/Kyogre, but NPC still blocking me in Origine Cave. I don't understand why</r>

It doesn't matter dude, the final evolution will be as strong if you evolve your poke lv 99 or lv 40. The only difference is evolve poke are harder to lv up than pre evo because evolve poke needs more experience. That's why people choose evolving their poke around lv 95-99 and give them rare candy for last level.
