Can not connect to server... But there is space on server

When i login it will freeze and then unfreeze a little bit after and then say cannot connect to server. -

I have actually been having the same problem Im glad someone has posted about it cause I just thought it was me so hopefully this gets fixed and we get our answer :) :Grin:
