Sir/mam can you help me? I completed the main quest from mayor gorge,and when im going to pick if clothes or mount reward i got disconnected and when i logged in i cannot get any reward "edmerdv" is my ign please help.. thanks in advance

Hi can someone help me,,after i complete the main quest in murky town i talk to gorge and i got dc..now i cannot get my reward :(
