hi i tried all of solutions but still keep getting crashes

the game screen freezes and when i click on the screen i get whitescreened and have to bring up task manager

Hi i havent been able to find a solution anywhere before this rollback and even when i first downloaded this game i have been crashing like every 5mins and uninstalled the game twice atm i am installing it again but i dont know what else to do i need help to find out why this is happening.
