hello, i reinstalled the game after a some years, i am at violet city with 0 medals a kanto squad (for example magnezone lv 53 ) and i cant switch/leave them on pc, what can i do ?

i catched 2 tentacool but they are not in the pc, then i tried to switch my swampert to the box but it is disappeared, what can i do please help me :CC
